You create an Illusory sight, sent, feel or sound that fits within a one space sphere within range. If you choose sight you can use an action to make the Illusion move around and it will look natural while doing so and if you make a sound you can change the sound with an action. Everyone around that sees or hears the Illusion must make a Perception save to determine if it’s real.  Every additional point use makes the size one space larger, or you can spend another point to make it do another sense.
