Within you range you create an area of charged lightning, anyone within this area is hit with your light attack. On a direct hit they are Paralyzed losing an additional action for every five you get above their armour. When someone first enters the area they too will experience the effects of the area.

To keep the Taze going beyond one round you must spend the resources spent again, if you do this at the start of the new round you make a new light attack.
