Ritual Caster

Requires: 70 Arcana

When you first take this Perk you may choose a Ritual Spell that you can perform  without the need of ingredients. You still need to follow the Ritual casting rules spending your charges to perform the Ritual.
You can cast any of your Spells as a Ritual; if you succeed it will cast the Spell at a 15 Resource cost. Rituals can have the benefits of Runes.
You can only have one Ritual active at a time. Deals can be made to make a Ritual happen faster.
