Quickened Spell 

Requires: 20 Agility

You’ve practised drawing your runes and now can perform them at great speeds. When you cast a spell this doesn't provoke  opportunity. 

Additionally you can use one rune when you cast a spell without the cost of an additional action an amount of times equal to half your Agility Modifier.
