Mortals that live on the Moon tend to have Moon Devotion, or people with an interest in perspective Magic. 

With Devotion to Moon you gain one free Moon spell to add you yourself if you have invested in Magic. If you have invested in Martial you can either give  one of your weapons Focus for free.
