When you cast the Spell you can pour that Spell into a song, allowing the spell to keep being casted every round as long as you focus on it. The spell will also do lingering effects if it damages it will deal your casting modifier of damage every action spent, if it heals it will heal for your casting modifier + medicine modifier every action spent.
