You release the light inside of you, causing everything within your range to succumb to horrible winds; but for your allies, it’s a beautiful song. 
For your enemies, you make a light attack against them; on a direct attack they are knocked prone & slowed. On an indirect, they are just slowed. At the start of every round you reroll this attack roll to see what effect they are under. 
When someone is prone in the crescendo they spun, they take a 2d10  damage every round + your small power modifier. They also take an extra d10 for every 1 size of larger entity spinning around the crescendo. Every action that passes while someone is prone in your Crescendo causes them to take your Divine modifier of damage + additional damage equal to the total size of every entity also prone.
For your allies they gain half your Divine modifier to their AC, damage & any healing abilities. You can stop the winds for an action and reactivate them for an action without dropping the illuminate.
